By playing Sigil Online you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts

Keep your password and account to yourself; we are not responsible for losses from sharing it. No offensive, hateful, misleading or staff-impersonating account, character or guild names. Respect other players: no harassment, spam or scams in chat or trades.

2. No cheating

No third-party helpers, bots, macros, scripts, modified clients or bug exploits. The game's own AUTO and in-game black screen mode are allowed. Please report bugs instead of using them.

3. No real-money trading (RMT)

Do not buy, sell or swap items, gold, crystals, characters or accounts for real money or outside goods. Top-ups go through the official in-game channel only.

4. Virtual items have no cash value

Items, gold, crystals, VIP and everything else in the game are a licence to use inside the game only. They are not property, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged back for money.

5. Closed beta (CBT)

The CBT is a test: expect bugs, balance changes and downtime. All game data is wiped when the CBT ends, including CBT gifts and the temporary CBT VIP.

6. Account action

The team may warn, mute, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these terms, and may remove items or gold gained by cheating, bugs or RMT.

7. As is

The service is provided "as is". We try to keep it running but do not promise it will be free of errors, downtime or data loss, and we may change or end the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and change the date above; playing on after that means you accept the new version. Contact: [email protected]
